  • Jarryds Bree Street is a trendy coffee shop located in Cape Town's city bowl.
    Their coffee is simply delicious.

Atmosphere:

Jarryds is a hip and happening coffee shop located just off Bree street. It’s trendy to the max with florescent bulbs hanging from the ceiling and all shades of brown filling the room. The music that busts in the background makes you feel like you’re in a hipster’s home. Classic songs remixed with busting bass and instrumentals. Inside is filled with tables perfect for 2 and 4 and there are a couple counters for the singletons. They’ve got a wonderful deck outside with a tree growing out of one of the corners. It really takes you out of town, making you feel like you’re in somewhat of a jungle.

Coffee & Food:

Their coffee is real good. Smooth with every sip, followed by various flavour notes filling the palate. They use their own blend of beans and use Rosetta to roast them. The menu is full of fresh, wholesome food. Oats, granola and smoothie bowls fill the menu if you’re looking for a healthy breakfast. Otherwise, they’ve got the classic breakfasts as well as omelettes, benedicts and even a shakshuka. For lunch, they’ve got burgers and salads, in addition to the specialities including steak or beer-battered fish & chips.
